Coach Evaluation form This is an important part of competing in St. Albert CYO Athletics.  We use these forms to see how well we have met goals that the coaches shared with you at the beginning of the season.  As always, whenever you have a problem of any type, please go to the coach first, then the coordinator.  If you feel you have not gotten the questions answered or problem solved, contact the Board.  This command helps us to best serve you, the parent and "customer".
