    Soccer Stars is NOW!

What is Soccer Stars?

The program is for St. Albert the Great school and religious education students in Kindergarten (Young 5s) through 1st grade.  Last year, over 130 children participated in the league.

 The league will be set up as a co-ed instructional/recreational league. 

All practices will be on Friday evenings and games on Sunday afternoons.  Practices will last 1 hour, consisting of instructional/developmental drills to enhance each player’s soccer skills.  The first practice will be on Friday, September 7^th 2007 at 6PM.  The first game will be Sunday, September 9th at 2 pm at the back of Ernst Park in Kettering.. 

Games will be four on four with NO goalie.  They will be held on a “short field with smaller goals”.  The focus is to promote foot skills and improve the pace of play.
